BenQ Materials’ Sustainability Reports Win Top TCSA Honors; English Version Earns GCSA Gold Class

On November 26, 2025, BenQ Materials was recognized at the 18th TCSA in comprehensive sustainability performance and sustainability reporting, and was named one of Taiwan's Top 100 Sustainable Companies Award. The English sustainability report also received Gold Class at the GCSA for the first time, reflecting our long-term commitment to sustainability and employees’ daily contributions.

Implementing Carbon Reduction Actions

We introduced an internal carbon pricing mechanism to integrate carbon reduction into daily decision-making. Through process optimization, energy transition, and equipment upgrades, our Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions decreased by 12.9% from the baseline year. We also continued advancing renewable energy deployment toward our 2040 RE100 goal, with green electricity usage reaching 23.7% in 2024.

Talent, Inclusion, and Care

With AI and digital capabilities as the foundation of our talent development strategy, we support continuous learning through expert guidance, coaching teams, and application communities. We also strengthen cross-cultural communication through regular sessions for migrant workers and provide family-friendly measures—such as paid long-term care leave and flexible working hours—to help employees balance work and family needs.

Chinese and English Reports Win Top Honors

Our Chinese and English sustainability reports follow international standards and emphasize transparent, high-quality disclosure. This year, the Chinese report once again received the Platinum Award, while the English report earned Gold Class for the first time, reflecting our commitment to consistent reporting and the recognition of our sustainability efforts.
