From Policy to Practice: Supporting Every Stage of Family Life

BenQ Materials supports employees across different life stages through comprehensive policies and an inclusive workplace culture. The company provides 12 weeks of fully paid maternity leave beyond legal requirements and has invested nearly NT$30 million in childcare subsidies, offering NT$5,000 per month per child from birth to age three and benefiting over 600 employees. In 2025, leave for parents of first-grade children was introduced to support families during an important educational milestone. The company also offers three days of paid long-term care leave and continues to host seminars to strengthen caregiving skills and ease elder care responsibilities.

DEI in Action: Supporting a Multinational Workforce

Through its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, BenQ Materials provides comprehensive support for migrant workers, including equal pay, daily life assistance, cultural integration, psychological support, and festive activities. These measures help international employees adapt to both work and life. Foreign employees enjoy the same childcare and family benefits, demonstrating the company’s commitment to respect and equality.

This award represents strong encouragement for BenQ Materials. The company will continue to strengthen employee support systems and deepen its family-friendly culture, striving to create a more resilient and inclusive workplace where employees can work with peace of mind and grow with confidence.
